A North Carolina native, James Bolt cultivated his love for food and spirits at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. He joined The Gin Joint team in October of 2013 and honed in on his passion for creating handcrafted cocktails as a bartender. Now as The Gin Joint’s Bar Manager, James creates complex, balanced recipes for the seasonal cocktail menus, inspired by pre-prohibition cocktails and using fresh, unique ingredients and spirits. His ingredient-focused, culinary approach to cocktails brings unique creations to the ever-changing menu.
